Your neighbourhood policing team
Our ambition is to provide a neighbourhood policing service of which you, and we, can be proud. Prevention will be at the heart of our work, through well-informed collaborative problem-solving, building participation and strengthening the communities we serve. We will remain part of those communities, known and accessible to you, and policing in a way that both prevents harm and enhances your trust in us.
Our approach is shaped by five key themes: accessibility, prevention, vulnerability, relationships and partnerships. These will underpin all areas of our service and form the basis of our neighbourhood policing offer.

To tackle antisocial behaviour within the community.
Action taken:
Work with housing providers and Solace has lead to interim injunction being served againts an offender. This so far has deterred anymore ASB from this individual, however it is being monitored by Police , the Community and our partner agencies.

To continue to build relationships with community members, local businesses and tackle retail crime at both larger and smaller retail stores
Action taken:
High Visibility patrols are being completed, to deter shoplifting and working in partnership with local security guards to identify those involved.
