I began my policing career fresh out of university, in Nottinghamshire. It’s the best job in the world so I’ve stayed for 27 years and counting! I transferred to Gloucestershire at the start of 2025, and am responsible for the neighbourhood policing team that covers the Cotswolds.
Garrett joined the Constabulary in 1996 and has spent much of his service in the Neighbourhood Policing Departments in the Cotswolds and Stroud districts. He has lived in the Cotswolds for most of his life and loves it here. Garret leads team 1 and enjoys the opportunities to solve problems and improve quality of life issues that come with community policing.
