A man appeared in court today, Friday 2 October, in connection with a fatal collision which happened in May 2024.
Kieran Morgan, aged 54 and of Ryeworth Road in Cheltenham, appeared at Gloucester Crown Court for a pre-trial preparation hearing after being charged with the following offences:
The charges relate to a collision on the A40 between Andoversford and Dowdeswell on 27 May 2024 in which a 31-year-old man from Cirencester was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman in her 20s was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital to be treated for facial injuries.
Morgan pleaded not guilty to all counts and was released on bail, and a trial has been set for 24 May 2027.
