A woman has died following a collision between two cars in the Cotswolds earlier this week.
Emergency services were called at around 5.35pm on Sunday (24 May) to a report of a collision involving a Mercedes and a Kia in Temple Guiting, at the junction to Cotswold Farm Park.
The female passenger of the Kia, a woman in her 80s from the Cotswolds, was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after complaining of chest pains. She died in hospital yesterday (Wednesday 27 May).
Her family has been informed and are being supported by a specially trained officer.
The road was closed while a collision investigation took place and has since reopened.
Investigating officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has any relevant dashcam footage to get in contact.
