Officers are appealing for information following a report that an unknown person broke into a block of flats and caused damage to the properties.
Police were called with a report that several flats within Neptune House on Newton Road in Cheltenham had been broken into.
It is believed that the person gained entry at some point between midnight on Thursday 7 May and 9.15am on Thursday 21 May.
Anyone with information or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area is asked to come forward.
