Two men have been charged in connection with a serious incident in Gloucester on Tuesday (16 June).
Joseph Connors, aged 39 and of Elmore in Gloucester, and Ramunas Mackevicius, aged 49 and of Walham Lane in Gloucester, have both been charged with firearms offences.
The charges relate to an incident in the Walham area of Gloucester where police were called at around 5.30pm following a report of a disturbance and a firearm being discharged.
No-one sustained any serious injuries.
Following an appearance at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court yesterday (Thursday 18 June), Connors was remanded in custody and Mackevicius was released on court bail.
They are both due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Thursday 16 July.
Criminal proceedings are now active against Connors and Mackevicius and police would like to remind people there must be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online that may in any way prejudice these proceedings.
