Appeal to locate wanted man John Higbey

Police have issued an appeal to locate wanted man John Higbey.
The 44-year-old from Cheltenham is wanted on recall to prison in connection with a suspected breach of his licence conditions.
He is described as being 5ft 9ins in height and has short brown hair.
Officers have pursued a number of lines of enquiry to find Higbey, but have been unable to locate him, and are now appealing for information from the public.
Anyone who has seen Higbey or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 quoting occurrence 53260070706.
