A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and police are appealing for witnesses as part of their investigation.
At around 1pm on Tuesday 31 March police were called with a report that a man was exposing his penis in the Lord High Constable of England pub in Gloucester Docks.
Officers were dispatched to the location and a man aged in his 60s and from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
He has been questioned and has since been released on conditional bail while further enquiries take place.
Investigating officers are now asking anyone who was in the pub between 11.30am and 1.30pm that day and may have seen the man to get in contact with police.
He was described as being white and was wearing a yellow fleece, a white and black dress and a green cap. He was also carrying a yellow duffle bag.
