A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and police are appealing for information as part of their investigation.
At around 8.10am this morning (Wednesday 22 April), police were called with a report that a man was walking along Windermere Road in Cheltenham and exposing his penis.
Officers were dispatched to the location and a man aged in his 60s and from Cheltenham was arrested in connection with the incident.
He was taken to police custody and is due to be questioned by officers.
Investigating officers are now asking anyone who was in the area this morning and may have seen the man to get in contact with police.
He was described as being white and was wearing a high vis jacket, jeans and boots.
