Police are appealing for the driver of a car that collided with an older woman in a Gloucester car park to come forward.
It follows a report from South West Ambulance Service that a man reversing a red Volkswagen Golf out of a parking space had collided with the woman aged in her 70s.
The driver and another unknown man helped the female to a nearby bench before driving away from the scene.
An ambulance crew subsequently examined the woman, who had a head injury, before taking her to hospital for treatment.
The incident happened in the car park of the Co-Op store in Cheltenham Road, Longlevens between 9.35am and 9.50am on Thursday 19 March.
Officers would now like to speak to the Volkswagen driver to hear his account of what happened.
