Outcome: Accordingly, the Panel came to the conclusion that a sanction of a final written warning would not be adequate to reflect the seriousness of the admitted and proven misconduct, and would not achieve the threefold purpose of the misconduct regime.
The panel determined that the only sanction that would achieve the threefold purpose of the misconduct regime was dismissal without notice. Their name has been added to the Barred List.
