Police are appealing for information after a report that a woman was spat in the face in Brockworth by a runner.
The incident happened in Ermin Street between 11.30am and 11.45am on Sunday 10 January.
It has been reported that the victim had been driving down Ermin Street when a female runner stepped in front of the car as she crossed the road.
The runner is believed to have become agitated and a disagreement between the two followed, ending with the runner spitting in the victim’s face.
The female runner is described as approximately 40 years old and was 5ft 5in tall. She was white with blonde and brown hair, and was wearing a navy beanie, dark body warmer and running leggings.
She was with a man, who she appeared to know, who was 5ft 10in tall and of a muscular build. He had dark hair and was also wearing running gear.
