Three men have been arrested after a member of the public spotted suspicious activity at a cashpoint in Cheltenham.
Officers received a call shortly after midday on Saturday (12 March) to a report that a cash machine on Bath Road was swallowing cards without dispensing cash.
They then noticed two men approach the ATM and remove a device from the machine.
Officers searched the area and three men were arrested on suspicion of fraud related offences.
Police believe those involved may have been targeting other ATMs in Cheltenham during the past week and would now like to speak to anyone who thinks they may have been a victim or who saw suspicious activity.
