Police are investigating after receiving reports that a man was seen committing a lewd act in a Cheltenham park.
A man, aged around 18-years-old, was seen to expose himself and masturbate in Burrows Park, Leckhampton, on Sunday 2 May, shortly before 3pm.
The offender was behind bushes that separate the field from the path that runs along it, close to the allotments that border the park. The man was chased by a witness, running through the allotments before being lost from sight.
The suspect is described as being white, 6ft tall, pale complexion, short flat brown hair and wearing a navy top.
Officers have checked CCTV footage and spoken to a number of witnesses. They are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, but who has not yet spoken to police, to come forward.
