Police are appealing for information following reports of a car failing to stop after being involved in a collision.
Officers want to trace the driver of the vehicle which was involved in a crash with another car on the A38 in Quedgeley two weeks ago.
The incident happened close to the KFC restaurant, in the direction towards Hardwicke, at around 11.30am on Monday 24 May.
The collision involved a blue Nissan Qashqai and what is believed to be a dark colour Golf. Following the crash, the driver of the second car, a woman with a young child in a car seat, agreed to pull into the KFC car park to exchange details but instead drove away.
Police would like to speak to the woman or anyone who witnessed what happened. You can contact the Constabulary through the website, quoting incident 301 of 24 May: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/us/a-crime-that-has-already-been-reported/
