Police are appealing for information following reports of an incident on Coopers Hill last month.
The incident, which took place at the top of the hill, happened on Saturday 11 July at around 3.20pm.
A woman, who was with three children at the time, reported that she had seen a man masturbating. He then walked off in the direction of the woods.
The offender is described as a white male, aged about 70. He was wearing short blue chino shorts, a grey top and striped shirt, a grey baseball cap and sunglasses.
It is believed other members of the public were in the area at the time and officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the anything.
Anyone with any information or who knows who this male may be is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 340 of 11 July.
