Officers are appealing for information following an indecent exposure at Robinswood Hill, Gloucester on Friday (26 June).
Police were called to the location by a woman who had been walking alone in the area at around 4pm when she noticed a man who appeared to be going to the toilet in the woods.
He then began to follow her up the hill with his shorts down, exposing himself, before putting his hands down his shorts.
When challenged by the woman, he spoke with a Gloucester accent before running off. The man, who was in his late teens or early 20s, is described as white, slim, and with blonde hair. He was wearing grey shorts with no top on.
Anyone with information should call 101 and quote incident 377 of 26 June. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.
