Police are appealing for witnesses and information after two people were assaulted on Bristol Road, Gloucester this weekend.
The incident happened near to the Madleaze Trading Estate at around 7.50pm on Sunday 11 October.
A man and a woman suffered injuries and required treatment at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and have since left hospital.
It was reported that two men were seen getting in to a red car and leaving the area and police are appealing for information.
Enquiries are ongoing and investigating officers would like to speak anybody with information about the incident or who may have witnessed it or the red car in the area at the time.
