Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a suspicious incident involving a teenager in Stroud.
A 14-year-old boy reported that he was walking along Stratford Road in Stroud at around 3.20pm last Monday (16 November) when he was approached by a man.
The man, who was described as being middle aged, white, bald and of a stocky build, tried to start a conversation with the boy who became alarmed and ran to a nearby supermarket.
Investigating officers are asking anyone who has CCTV footage of the area, dashcam footage or was a witness to contact police.
Officers will be increasing their patrols in the area during school start and finishing times to provide reassurance.
