Officers are appealing for witnesses following a report of a suspected indecent exposure in Stroud on Sunday morning, 21 June.
Police received a report that a man flashed a female while she was running. At around 7.20am a man in his late twenties to 50s was suspected of exposing his genitals while walking away from town, down Cainscross Road, Stroud.
The man is described as being white, of medium build, roughly 5ft 10 to 11ins, short brown hair, wearing a dark coloured sports style jacket and grey jogging bottoms with orange stripes down each leg and an orange waistband.
Officers were deployed and attended the area but he was not located.
