Police are appealing for information after a report that an electric bicycle was stolen from outside a property in Cheltenham.
The incident happened in Lansdown Parade at around 3.10am on Sunday 26 February.
Two bike locks were cut through by the thief, who was disturbed by the owner who had heard the noise. The thief then rode off before they could be stopped.
The bicycle is a grey Cube e-bike with bright yellow pedals.
