Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which took place on the M5 last week.
Officers were called to the northbound carriageway of the motorway at around 8.45am last Monday (19 July) after it was reported that two vehicles had collided.
The collision took place near to junction 9 for Tewkesbury and involved a black Kia Sportage which was preparing to exit at the junction and a black mini bus.
The driver of the Kia was checked by paramedics and had not sustained any injuries however the driver of the mini bus was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Officers are keen to hear from any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police or anyone who may have dashcam footage relating to the incident.
