Police are appealing for dashcam footage and witnesses in connection with a serious collision on the A40 near Northleach yesterday morning, Sunday 12 September.
The incident happened shortly before 6am and involved a Ford Transit Connect van, a Mercedes-Benz GLA and a Vauxhall Corsa.
Emergency services attended and three people were taken to hospital with suspected serious injuries.
A woman aged in her 60s was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol and remains there today in a critical condition.
Two men, one aged in his 20s and one in his 50s, were taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. Both remain in a stable condition.
Closures were put in place while emergency services were at the scene and these were later lifted.
