Police would like to speak to a member of the public believed to have witnessed criminal damage being caused at Mehmet Turkish Barbers at The Exchange Brewery Court in Cirencester.
Officers came across the damaged barbers at 4.25am on Sunday (1 November) but believe the paint was sprayed on the premises at around 11.30pm the night before.
Investigating officers would like to speak to a female passer-by who may have witnessed the damage being caused while walking near The Brewery car park as she may have vital information to help the police investigation.
She was described as wearing a light coloured scarf, dark coat, light coloured long skirt and carrying a light coloured bag.
