Emergency services were called to a collision involving a car and a cyclist on Eastern Avenue, Gloucester shortly before 8.30am today (Monday 16 January).
The cyclist, a 10-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries and has been taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital. The road remains closed at this time.
Police would like to speak to anybody who witnessed the collision or who has CCTV or dashcam footage.
