Police are appealing for witnesses following a single-vehicle collision on the A38 in Whitminster on Sunday evening (16 July).
A black Hyundai Terracan left the road close to the Canal Roundabout at around 8.45pm.
One person was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for assessment before being released. Two children in the car were uninjured.
A man in his 30s, and from Dursley, was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive through alcohol or drugs in connection with the incident. He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Despite the arrest, officers would now like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage.
Anybody with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary through the website, quoting incident 425 of 16 July: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/
