Police are appealing for witnesses following a report of an assault in Gloucester this evening (Sunday 10 April).
Officers were called to reports shortly after 9pm of an altercation between two groups on St Ann Way, close to the junction with Llanthony Road.
One person has been taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with serious injuries. St Ann Way currently remains closed.
Officers would like to speak to anybody who may have seen any kind of disturbance in the area at around 9pm. They would also like anyone who believes they may have relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
