Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency whilst in a Cheltenham park on Friday (24 September).
It was reported that a man was acting in a suspicious manner near to the bandstand in Pittville Park between 6pm and 6.30pm.
Officers attended and the 30-year-old from Birmingham was arrested in connection with the incident before later being released on bail pending further inquiries.
There were a number of people in the area at the time and investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who was there and witnessed what happened.
