Officers are appealing for witnesses after a driver failed to stop at the scene of a collision on High Street, Tredworth, earlier today (Friday 5 November).
The collision, which took place at around 9am, happened at the junction with Morpeth Street. It involved a woman on a bicycle and a black car, believed to be a BMW.
The woman is not understood to have been injured in the incident.
The car drove off in the direction of Morpeth Street and officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision.
