A call was also received which stated that what was believed to have. been gunshot noises were heard during the incident
While the cars had driven off by the time police arrived on the scene, a vehicle which was suspected to have been involved was seized to allow a forensic examination to take place.

Specialist officers have taken part in searches along Beaufort Road to help establish if any weapons were involved.
