Police are appealing for witnesses after a man racially abused another man in Gloucester.
It was reported that the driver of a van was stationery at a roundabout when another man, who was riding an e-bike without any lights, approached his van and rode very close it.
The van driver wound his window down to speak to the e-bike rider, who then racially abused him and threatened him before riding away away in the direction of Eastern Avenue.
The incident happened on the Painswick Road roundabout towards Coney Hill at around 4pm on Tuesday 23 December.
The rider of the e-bike was described as being black, aged in his late teens or early twenties and with afro hair.
He was wearing a black jacket, black jogging bottoms and a black scarf.
Officers are keen to speak to anybody who may have witnessed the incident or the events leading up to it, who has not already spoken to police.
They would also like anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary through the website, quoting incident 307 of 23 December: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/us/a-crime-that-has-already-been-reported/
