The family of a man who died following a collision in Churchdown in December have described him as "a loving partner, father, and grandad".
Peter Bate, aged 75 and from Churchdown, had been taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol following the incident on 14 December.
Emergency services had been called to a collision between a pedestrian and a car which was being driven by a man on Cheltenham Road East at around 4.40pm.
Mr Bate died 11 days later in hospital on Christmas Day.
In a statement, his family said: "Peter Bate sadly passed away on December 25 2025.
"He was involved in a road traffic collision in Churchdown on December 14 while out walking the family dog.
"He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
"Pete was a loving partner, father, and grandad. We are devastated by the loss of Pete, who was much loved by us all."
