Officers are appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was assaulted in Gloucester last week.
It was reported that three people had beaten up a 15-year-old boy causing facial injuries which required treatment at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
It was also reported that the suspects had threatened the victim with a knife.
This took place in the park on St Oswalds Road at around 6pm on Wednesday 7 January.
Officers conducted enquiries and three people were identified and arrested in connection with the incident.
A 14-year-old girl, 15-year-old boy and 33-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Investigating officers are now keen to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened and has not already spoken to police.
