Police are appealing for witnesses after it was reported that a man used a mobile phone to record up the skirt of a girl in Cheltenham earlier this week.
The incident happened on the bridge which passes Moors Avenue, heading towards Colletts Drive, at around 8.45am on Tuesday (20 January).
The man is reported to have stopped the 14-year-old child to ask for directions before putting his phone up her skirt.
He is described as being white, aged in his 30s, and was around 5ft 9in in height, with a ginger beard.
The man was wearing a black waist-length winter coat, a black Trapper-style hat with fur lining, black trousers, and was carrying a black rucksack.
