Police are appealing for dashcam footage following a report a man assaulted another man in a suspected road rage incident in Gloucester on Saturday night (28 March).
Officers were called to a report of a man assaulting another driver at the Barnett Way Roundabout, Barnwood, at around 8.15pm.
A motorist driving a white van had undertaken a silver Kia SUV as the two vehicles approached the traffic lights on Corinium Avenue.
At the lights, both drivers got out of their vehicles and an argument started before the van driver punched the driver of the Kia, knocking him out.
The van driver then got back into his vehicle and drove off.
The Kia driver, a man in his 50s, was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with a broken nose and concussion. He has since been released.
An 18-year-old man from the Tewkesbury area was arrested later that night on suspicion of assault. He has been released under investigation and enquiries are continuing.
Officers would now like to speak to anyone who witnessed the lead up to the assault or the assault itself. They would also like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage which they believe to be relevant.
