A man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a Dursley store earlier this month.
Police were called shortly before 10am on Saturday 3 May with a report that a man had gone into a shop on Silver Street and stolen an item.
When he was challenged by a member of staff, the man then revealed a bladed weapon that he was carrying before leaving the shop.
Officers attended and searched for the suspect, however he was not located.
A CCTV image was released later that day in a bid to identify a man in connection with the incident.
On Thursday 8 May a man aged in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
He has been released on bail pending further enquiries and the investigation is ongoing.
