Officers are appealing for witnesses after a child cyclist was injured in a collision in Gloucester earlier this week.
Police were contacted with a report that a cyclist and rider of an electric bike had been involved in a collision on Stroud Road in the city between 7.15am and 7.35am on Wednesday (19 March).
The collision, which took place between the junctions for Bloomfield Road and Central Road, left the 12-year-old cyclist with minor injuries which were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
The rider of the e-bike threatened to punch the boy and continued on their journey.
The man was described as being black and was wearing black jogging bottoms, a black hooded top and partial face covering.
Officers investigating the collision would like to speak to the rider of the electric bike so he can give an account of what happened.
As well as this, they are asking anyone who witnessed the collision and who has not yet spoken to officers or who has CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.
