Two more people have been arrested following a collision in Cheltenham yesterday (Sunday 26 January) which resulted in the death of a man.
Emergency services were called at around 12.40am to a report of a collision at the A40 Benhall Roundabout involving a white Porsche.
The victim has been named as 36-year-old Theo Welsh from Cheltenham, who was in the vehicle at the time of the collision. He died at the scene and his family has asked for privacy at this time.
Two men, both in their 30s and from Gloucester, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving yesterday. They have since been released under investigation.
The roads reopened yesterday afternoon following work by collision investigators. Enquiries are continuing.
