Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident in Kingsway, Gloucester, this morning, Friday 21 February.
Officers were called to a report that a man had been injured on Boddington Drive at around 8.35am.
A man in his 40s had suffered a single stab wound to an upper leg. He was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
Two males, dressed in black and wearing face coverings, were seen close to a parking area off Boddington Drive shortly before the incident and officers would like to identify them. One of the males was riding a push bike.
Following the assault, the group are believed to have headed in the direction of Linton Avenue.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who has ring doorbell or CCTV footage in the area from 8am to 9am. They would also like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed a group of males matching the description.
