Police are appealing for information following an altercation which took place on Eastgate Street in Gloucester.
The incident involved an assault by a man and a woman on another man riding a mobility scooter.
Officers were called to a report of an assault at around 7.20pm on Wednesday 22 January. It is believed an argument had taken place between the three before the man and woman had walked away.
The man on the mobility scooter had called police and was following the pair when an altercation took place and he was pushed off his scooter.
A 52-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman, both from Gloucester, were arrested on suspicion of assault in connection with the incident. They have since been released on police bail.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the circumstances leading up to the incident or the incident itself.
