Two teenage boys have been charged with murder in connection with an incident in Cheltenham earlier this week.
The two boys, aged 15 and 17 and both from Cheltenham, have also been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article.
They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court for a first appearance tomorrow (Friday 19 December).
The charges relate to in incident that took place in the St Paul’s area of the town on Tuesday afternoon (16 December) during which a man in his 40s died.
A man arrested at the same time as the two teenage boys has been released with no further action being taken against him.
Three people from Cheltenham who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have all been bailed to return at a later date.
