Officers are appealing for information after a man sexually assaulted a teenage girl while on a bus in Cheltenham earlier this month.
It was reported that a teenage girl was sat on a bus when an unknown man approached and sat near to her.
The man kept staring at the teen, asked for her name and made sexual comments towards her. He then sexually assaulted the girl by touching her on the hip without consent.
This took place between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on Thursday 18 December while the bus was travelling from Pittville Pump Rooms to Cheltenham Spa train station.
The man was described as being white, of a large build and had brown/grey hair with a long beard. He was wearing glasses and possibly had a walking stick. His clothing is unknown.
Enquiries are ongoing and investigating officers are now asking anyone who was on the bus and witnessed what happened to make contact with them.
