Four men have been arrested in connection with an altercation inside a Gloucester night club in the early hours of Sunday morning (20 April).
Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on the dance floor inside Fever on Eastgate Street shortly after midnight.
Officers attended and a man aged in his 20s was found with a head injury. It is believed that another man punched him in the face.
The victim was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital by paramedics and he has since been discharged.
Another man was injured during the altercation and did not require medical treatment.
CCTV enquiries will take place, however police are keen to hear from anyone who was at Fever and witnessed what happened.
Three men aged 18 and a 20-year-old man were all arrested in connection with the incident. They have since been released on bail while the investigation continues.
