A motorcyclist has died in hospital following a collision in Cheltenham last week
The victim, a 58-year-old man from the town, had sustained serious injuries in the collision which happened on Portland Street by the junction of Trinity Lane shortly before 8pm on Monday 16 September.
He was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol where he died on Saturday evening (21 September). His next of kin and the coroner's office have been informed.
It is not believed that any other vehicles were involved in the collision.
Police are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have dashcam footage which they believe to be relevant to come forward.
