Two men were arrested in Churchdown in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday 16 October) on suspicion of going equipped to steal.
At around 12.30am police were called with a report of suspicious activity taking place near a farm compound.
Officers attended and two men were located on bikes nearby.
They were in possession of bolt croppers and a hacksaw and were subsequently arrested on suspicion of going equipped to steal.
Two men, aged 41 and 49 and from Gloucester, remain in custody for questioning.
