Police have closed the A4019 Tewkesbury Road in Cheltenham following a serious collision this morning (Saturday 5 October).
Emergency services were called shortly after 10.45am with a report of a collision involving two cars on the M5 junction 10 overbridge.
The occupants of the cars are being assessed by paramedics.
The road is currently closed between Cheltenham and Coombe Hill while emergency services remain at the scene.
Motorists are asked to plan their route in advance and avoid the area as the closure will remain in place for a number of hours.
