Police have closed the A46 Grumbolds Ash in Tetbury following a serious collision this morning (Monday 17 June).
Emergency services were called shortly at 5.40am with a report of a collision involving two vehicles at the cross roads for the A4135.
The occupants of both vehicles are due to be assessed by paramedics.
Closures have been put into place and motorists are asked to plan their route in advance and avoid the area.
