Officers are appealing for witnesses and further victims to come forward following an incident in Cricklade Street, Cirencester yesterday afternoon (Sunday 2 June).
Police were called to the street at around 2.30pm with a report that a man was approaching women in an aggressive manner and was shouting at them and making threats.
Officers attended and a 38-year-old man from Somerset was arrested in connection with the incident. He has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened or anyone who was shouted at or threatened by the man.
