Police are appealing for witnesses of a pursuit on the A46 which resulted in a two-vehicle collision near Beckford at the weekend.
The pursuit took place along the A46 towards Evesham at around 5pm on Saturday (29 June) after officers had attempted to stop a driver.
The car was later involved in a collision with another vehicle and the occupants of both vehicles were assessed by paramedics as a precaution.
A 26-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of several driving offences.
Kaya Hilton, aged 26 and of Metchley Drive in Birmingham, was later charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and assaulting an emergency worker.
He was remanded into custody and is due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Monday 29 July.
Despite the arrest and charge, investigating officers still need anyone who witnessed this taking place or has any relevant dashcam/CCTV footage to make contact.
