A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure following an incident in a Gloucester park on Friday 19 July.
Police received a report that a man in St James' Park, which is off Albany Street, had exposed his genitals to a 16-year-old girl.
Officers attended and a man aged in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. He remains in custody for questioning.
It has been reported that similar incidents have happened in recent days in the same park, and investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone else who witnessed this.
